A specialist manufacturer had been running on an old ERP for years and wanted to migrate. A few conversations, a demo and a proposal later, the order was signed. That wasn't the end of it: when the client later had questions about e-commerce and website integration, I stepped in. At the intersection of business process, technology and branding I kept oversight and made sure the right choices were made.

A consumer-goods wholesaler already runs on Odoo and keeps extending it: further build-out of the helpdesk, expansion into international operations. I think along on what makes sense, how processes should be set up, and where the limits of standard functionality lie.

From onboarding to production: one Odoo environment set up for three businesses. Multicompany structure, financial administration (bookkeeping and VAT), Dutch localisation, timesheets and subscriptions. A useful reference for clients who want to house multiple legal entities in Odoo. For me, a lab where new modules get tried on my own books first.

A number of education and training organisations, including Deltion, Salta Group/NCOI, evofenedex and Nevi, were looking for a smarter balance between online and in-person learning. I advised on the curriculum: a more logical structure, online where it works, face-to-face where it adds the most. Including platform selection (such as vitero and Adobe Connect) and set-up.
